For some reason, 1/2 a year sounds like a longer length of time than 6 months to me.
Yet, using a "longer sounding" description seems to apply better; I feel like we've been married for years!
We recently went to the temple and met some other couples. They'd been married for 37, 46 and 58 years. Each of them said the same thing... "It just keeps getting better."
6 months of marriage has only proven that right. It really does just keep getting better. Learning how to communicate, (when I say "this", I really mean "this..."), figuring out each others antics, adjusting to different eating/sleeping/studying patterns and coming up with our own traditions all just combines to enrich us as a couple, but as individuals as well. Yes it's been hard at times, but I wouldn't trade my circumstances for anything.
6 things I love about Kyle:
Here's to many more 6 months!
Oh and.... we're going up to Yelllowstone this weekend with Kyle's sister Megan and her husband Tom. It's my first time going... anyone have any suggestions on sights to see and things to do?
Have a great Wednesday

6 things I love about Kyle:
- He always tries to understand what I'm saying and how I'm feeling. He'll have me explain it again and again and then repeat back to me what he thinks I'm saying.
- He thinks I'm sexy in pj's ;)
- One night he said, "I just really want to watch 'How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days'. Do you think we can do that?" Seriously, how awesome is that?
- His cheesy pick-up lines he'll make from something I said. (ie: Jess: "Those flowers are so beautiful!" Kyle: "YOU are so beautiful")
- His patience. It amazes me how patient he is with annoying people, crabby customers and myself.
- He gives the best massages!
Here's to many more 6 months!
